
	Honor Flight Northern California

We have just finished our first season, Making three flights from Northern CA while Honor Flight flew two from Southern CA. A generous donation from AMVETS Department of CA Service and Rehabilitation Foundation has made this schedule possible. We are in need of a few more Guardians and we always need more funds. The 2010 schedule is to begin with a flight on June 25th with more flights scheduled as funding allows. Want to help out? click here

We were able to send one terminally ill WWII Veteran to the Memorial. This was done through the main Honor Flight Network in Ohio. He was the first Californian to be so honored. His name was Eugene Walley (Gene) he was accompanied by Guardian Debbi Johnson, Gene's youngest daughter. To view the latest flight go back and click on the "Inaugural Flight"
